Very rare SEIKO 7a28-703A. All functions well. Reset pusher needs stronger push - its a matter of pin position towards movement level. Crystal could be exchanged. Very clean bezel, dial, hands. Case and bracelet unpolished. One of best cases we have seen so far. Extremely long bracelet.
